All cancellations must be received within 48-hours of the date of the program.  Modifications or swapping of participants can be done at any time including the day of training.  Cancellation within the 48-hour timeframe will result in payment of 50% of the tuition cost.  In the event that a registered student does not attend the training and there is no prior notice of cancellation or modification, it will be considered a “no show” and there will be no refund.  Instances where the course is cancelled by Bailey Training and Consulting, full refund will be provided to the student/organization.
