Bailey Training & Consulting was founded by Paul Bailey, a law enforcement professional with more than 30 years of service. His career has been characterized by steady increase in responsibility, as he earned promotions from patrol officer, to detective, to sergeant, to lieutenant, to bureau commander, and ultimately to his current rank as Deputy Chief of Police, of the largest municipal force in Monmouth County New Jersey.

His experience informs the services he offers to those building careers, whether in public service or in corporate settings.  A graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 281), Paul Bailey’s expertise covers the full spectrum of professional advancement, including training to academy recruits, leading advanced in-service training to seasoned veteran officers, numerous certifications, and directing training and developing new curricula to enhance professional development of personnel at all ranks. His specific training on supervision, leadership and resiliency, public speaking, and crisis communications can provide your personnel the tools they need to meet today’s challenges, whether in public service or the corporate world.
